[T.E.L.L. April] Let the Net Work: Harnessing the power of networks to solve real world problems

The Educational Technology Users Group is hosting their next Tuesday with ETUG Lunch n Learn (T.E.L.L.) on Tuesday April 24th 12:00-1:00 pm DST.
Join Clint Lalonde, Manager, Learning Technologies, Centre for Teaching & Educational Technology, Royal Roads University for “Let the Net Work: Harnessing the power of networks to solve real world problems“.
In this session, Clint will be talking about learning networks, harnessing the network effect, and crowd sourcing. He’ll be giving some examples of how social networks are being used by educators, academic researchers and others to find answers and solutions to real world problems.
This presentation was given as part of a panel on social media and Web 2.0 at the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada conference in May, 2011.
