We are all being asked to make changes to our daily lives to support the containment of the COVID-19 virus.

In addition to the health concerns associated with the virus, the stress and uncertainty at this time can feel heavy and overwhelming. Many of us are practicing social distancing or isolation, it is more important than ever to maintain a sense of community in creative ways.

Join this webinar to learn some grounding techniques, explore some common emotions during this time, how to be intentional with your time, and the importance of self-compassion.
