Navigating Back to Campus with Resilience, Mindfulness, and Compassion

*Note: This session has passed. Please view the recording and resources below.

We are all navigating the fall transition in the next phase of our return to campus. These past 16 months have been characterized by uncertainty and ongoing change. Many staff and faculty have expressed concerns about “re-entry” or “resumption” anxiety and want to know how to address it – for themselves and for students. In this session, we will talk about helpful mindsets and learn tips, tools, and strategies for how to best support and hold space for students and each other as we move toward the next normal.
