Join us for our first, in a regular series of drop-in sessions of Mindful Mondays. Judy will guide us through an activity and build on some of the learning shared in her webinar from the previous week.

Bio:

Judy Bushnell MA, CCC, CMT-P is a BCIT counsellor and a graduate of the Training in Mindfulness Facilitation program at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. Judy developed the 5-week Mindful BCIT group and the Mindful Brain Break drop-in series for BCIT students to help them thrive at BCIT and beyond.
