Adapting to COVID-19: Tips and Tricks to Keep Healthy and Fit at Home

Session Description:

With COVID-19 many of us find ourselves for long stretches in our home workspaces and not getting to the gym. Join us for this webinar to learn some tips and tricks about creating an ergonomic home workspace and some exercises for both strengthening and stretching your body. There will be opportunities to ask your questions and to address unique challenges and concerns.

Bio:

Dylan Kay, BA (Kinesiology), CSEP-CPT is currently the Sports Facilities Coordinator at Douglas College. Dylan’s entire career has revolved around the direct delivery of fitness programming and supporting individuals and organizations to provide well rounded and individualized fitness programs. Dylan has been helping his colleague and students reconsider how to adapt space and inject fitness activities in order to support their health and wellness as they work from home.

Dylan holds numerous fitness and training certifications including a Certified Personal Trainer.
