At last year’s ETUG Spring Workshop 2011 “Open4Learning” we explored the theme of what open means to us as educators and learners. Alan Levine shared a selection of “Amazing Stories of Openness” and the beauty and magic of serendipitous connections from being more open. In addition to a number of wonderful sessions on openness in learning, we enjoyed previewing a mashup videos that resulted from our Call for videos on “the value of open”, as well as, crowd-sourced resources on “openness in education”.
