Deadline for presentations is October 10, 2012 extended until November 10 for the next Canada MoodleMoot, held in February 2013. Whether you have a quick tip to share or a half day workshop in mind, even if you can’t be at the conference in person, the organizing committee wants you to submit your proposal.
Open source platforms such as Moodle advance through the hard work of motivated users who share their ideas freely. How do we capture the creativity and openness that are hallmarks of the Moodle community?
BCcampus is supporting Canada MoodleMoot 2013 at the Coast Plaza Hotel in downtown Vancouver, B.C. “From Coding to Networking,” we will cast a wide net to gather examples of how we achieve more together than in competition.
Pre-conference activities take place on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. The main conference kicks off Wednesday morning, February 13 and ends Friday, February 15 at noon.
Presenters are asked to submit proposals anywhere from short preentations to longer hands-on sessions:
- Half day Pre-conference
- Conference Session (20 min.)
- Conference Session (45 min.)
- Conference Session (90 min.)
- Hands-on computer lab
- Virtual presentation (if you’re not attending the conference in Vancouver)
