Help assess how faculty are using OER in B.C.

We are currently sponsoring two surveys about your experience with Open Educational Resources. You are welcome to participate in either, both or neither. Below are the details on each survey.

Survey 1:

This is an invitation for you to participate in a brief online survey that investigates how B.C. post-secondary faculty select and assign required course materials.

This research is being conducted by Dr. Rajiv Jhangiani (Department of Psychology, Kwantlen Polytechnic University) and has been approved by the research ethics board at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you may enter your email address into a draw for one of 25 $50 gift cards.

Survey 2:

If you are a faculty member at B.C. post-secondary institution and have adopted one or more open textbooks to use in your course(s), please consider filling out this short survey from our colleague in Boise, Idaho, Eulho Jung. This questionnaire explores faculty perceptions about the cost, outcomes, use, quality, impact and other important variables linked to open textbook adoption. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
