To our colleagues in the B.C. post-secondary system,

We are writing to inform you that Amanda Coolidge, Executive Director of BCcampus, will be stepping down from her role effective August 15th, 2025. Amanda has served BCcampus with dedication and vision over the past several years, and we are deeply grateful for her leadership and contributions to the advancement of open education and innovation in British Columbia’s post-secondary sector.

Effective August 18th, 2025, we are pleased to announce that Clint Lalonde, currently serving as the Director of Open Education at BCcampus, will assume the role of Interim Executive Director. Clint brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the values and mission of BCcampus. We are confident in his ability to provide steady and effective leadership during this transition period.

We thank Amanda for her outstanding service and wish her all the best in her future endeavors. BCcampus’ Steering Committee looks forward to working with Clint to continue the important work of supporting teaching, learning, and open education across the province.
