Propose a Collaborative Project

While the majority of the projects we coordinate are requested directly by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training, we are able to act as a conduit for post-secondary institutions in British Columbia to connect with the Ministry for support. Projects presented with a number of contributing institutions working together tend to be more successful at gaining support from BCcampus and/or government.

A good example of a collaborative project proposed by local institutions was the Educational Electronic Health Record System Project (EdEHR), which was funded by the Ministry and built on research and development completed by an interest group from British Columbia Institute of Technology, Douglas College, University of British Columbia, and the University of Victoria.

If you have an idea for a project that may require funding or support from the Ministry, contact us and we will work with you to determine if it’s a good fit for our Collaborative Projects team.
