When a project comes to an end, we think about the people who contributed their time, expertise, and knowledge over the last year or more. As a convener in the system of post-secondary education, we have the privilege of making space for project groups of educators, scholars, and subject matter experts to vision and co-create together.
Post by Michelle Glubke, Senior Manager, Collaborative Projects
This post is a note of thanks to the partners who participated in the Provincial Practical Nursing and Access to Practical Nursing Curriculum Revisions Project in 2017-2018.
You have demanding, full-time jobs and yet you agreed to volunteer. Thank you for being so generous with your time.
You are busy with your families, grading papers, supporting graduation, coaching students and employees, leading teams, and generally working to serve others, and yet you come to the meetings and contribute to the task at hand. Thank you for being present and giving thoughtful advice and feedback every time.
You are compassionate and fun and there seemed to be no end to your kindness. Thank you for being respectful and humorous while we discussed and debated changes that were needed in the curriculum.
Thank you for the great work!
