Let’s #GetReal

Over the past year, we have pivoted and adapted to the pandemic. Burnout, fatigue, and exhaustion are not uncommon feelings among colleagues, co-workers, and friends. The Canadian Mental Health Association declared May 3–9, 2021, to be Mental Health Week. Its call to #GetReal about how we feel pushes us to acknowledge our feelings, which will help us improve our mental health. 

In a constant state of pushing forward, we forget to check in with ourselves and those around us when other priorities such as work take precedence. To help post-secondary students, staff, and faculty, BCcampus hosted a number of mental-health webinars throughout 2020.
