Vancouver Community College (VCC) is pleased to invite you to a special event about eText Integration at Algonquin College and BC Campus Open Textbook Project. The event will take place on Friday, October 2nd from 8:30-12pm at VCC’s Downtown campus, Room 420, 250 West Pender, Vancouver.

There will be two presentations followed by a panel discussion. The first presentation, by Coral Kennett and Larry Weatherdon, will discuss Pearson’s Digital Learning Platform and its implementation at Algonquin College.  The second presentation, by Amanda Coolidge and Rajiv Jhangiani, will discuss BC Campus’ Open Textbook project and the use of open textbooks at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A, moderated by David Porter. A more detailed schedule is below.
