Audience: Students, staff, and faculty
Join us for this drop-in session of Mindful Mondays, our last of the fall semester. These sessions have been facilitated by guest counsellors from across the B.C. post-secondary system. Judy, who started us off in September, will guide us through an activity and assist us in continuing to learn new skills for becoming more mindful in our daily lives.
We hope these sessions have allowed you to build mindfulness into your weekly schedule and that you continue this practice through December.
Judy Bushnell MA, CCC, CMT-P is a BCIT counsellor and a graduate of the Training in Mindfulness Facilitation program at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. Judy developed the 5-week Mindful BCIT group and the Mindful Brain Break drop-in series for BCIT students to help them thrive at school and beyond.
This event is free. To ensure we have an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, we’ve added registration to our online office sessions.
