Audience: Students, staff, and faculty
Join us for this drop-in session of Mindful Mondays, our last of the fall semester. These sessions have been facilitated by guest counsellors from across the B.C. post-secondary system. The facilitator will guide us through an activity and assist us in continuing to learn new skills for becoming more mindful in our daily lives.
We hope these sessions have allowed you to build mindfulness into your weekly schedule and that you continue this practice through December.
Sarah Lefebure, MA, RCC, has been working in post-secondary counselling since 2008: first in Quebec, then at Camosun College in Victoria, and now at Okanagan College in Penticton. Sarah is involved in running OC’s Flourish Wellness Project, which fosters conversation and learning around ways we can all take care of our mental health and encourages participants to develop their own unique tool kits for wellness.
This event is free. To ensure we have an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, we’ve added registration to our online office sessions.
