We invite you to participate in this year’s Beyond the Blues event, a virtual one-week mental health initiative from November 9 – 13, 2020, put on by Northern Lights College. This year’s event features a variety of speakers from different backgrounds, who are looking forward to discussing a wide range of topics related to mental health.

Our mental health and wellbeing are more important now than ever before. By taking part in this event, we hope you will be able to apply what you learn to future conversations you have with your friends, family, and colleagues about mental health.

The sessions are free to attend and open to students, staff, and community members. You must pre-register for the sessions you’re interested in attending. You can do so by visiting the events section on the Northern Lights College Facebook page.
