Live Chat update

After several months of using Live Chat, a feature available through the CustomFAQ system used by the helpdesk, we have decided to discontinue it as this chat system was not robust enough to fulfill our needs. We are currently exploring other chat products to replace it.

We believe that establishing a systemic responses to educational technology challenges and opportunities in the B.C. higher education sector is the key strategy for BCcampus. Glitch with BCcampus web site and login server

Word from our technical group as of 2 pm September 21, 2011 was as follows: Apparently our domain registration records were overwritten today (which is the 11th anniversary of our registration of bccampus.ca). Although this is auto-renewed, something happened which allowed our domain records to be changed to direct users to an autogenerated holding site not under our control. Staffing Changes at BCcampus
