Tracy Roberts, MA (Education), Certified Team Performance Practitioner
Tracy is a facilitator, graphic recorder, and lifelong doodler with nearly 20 years of experience in adult and higher education, learning design, educational technology, faculty development and managing teams, processes, and change. She has a passion for helping and seeing others succeed, and believes most things turn out better when approached with energy, attention to detail, and a big scoop of humour.
Tracy has been facilitating with Liberating Structures for about 5 years. Her learning journey began with intensive training with Liberating Structures founder Keith McCandless. From there, she has enjoyed collaborating with Keith, Nancy White, and others at the forefront of Liberating Structures practice. Tracy recently attended and presented at the first Liberating Structures Global Gathering in Seattle and is looking forward to continuing to share her excitement and learning about Liberating Structures with the BC post-secondary community.
Leva Lee, MLS (Library Science)
Leva has been involved with the spread of Liberating Structures (LS) in B.C. post-secondary since 2013 and has learned from and practiced LS with co-founder Keith McCandless and LS practitioner extraordinaire, Nancy White. She currently leads the Vancouver Liberating Structures Users Group with Barish Golland from UBC.
