Adrienne Watt will speak about her experience with adopting open textbooks for her courses and talk about the B.C. Open Textbook Project, which is created to provide open textbooks for 40 first- and second-year courses in B.C.’s public post-secondary system.  The need of open textbooks, development process and overall challenges will be addressed.  She will also speak about her experience with using PressBooks for publishing and delivering e-textbooks.
