eCampusAlberta launches online tutoring pilot project modelled on WriteAway

eTutor Alberta is a new online tutoring service sponsored by eCampusAlberta to provide learners with support for written assignments. Students from nine post-secondary institutions are participating in the initial phase of eTutor Alberta. Similar to our provincial WriteAway program, eTutor Alberta allows students to submit papers online to be reviewed by a tutor from any of the participating institutions. TranscriptsBC transfers 10,000+ electronic records

TranscriptsBC has reached a major milestone, exchanging 10,318 electronic transcripts amongst exchange partners between January 2012 and January 2014. Instead of waiting for printed documents to arrive via land mail, thousands of students have had their official records transferred via secure servers – quickly and safely – between the institutions participating in the project.
