Adapting to COVID-19: Mindful Monday Drop-In

Audience: Students, faculty, and staff

Session Description:

Join us for our regular drop-in session of Mindful Mondays. These sessions are facilitated by guest counsellors from across the B.C. post-secondary system. Jamie will guide us through an activity and assist us in continuing to learn new skills in becoming more mindful in our daily lives.

We hope you make these sessions a regular part of your weekly schedule.

Bio: Jamie Spray, MA, MC, RCC

Jamie is a counsellor at Langara College and provides individual counselling to both domestic and international students using Langara’s integrated model, which includes academic advising and career and personal counselling. In collaboration with her colleagues, she also provides groups, one of which focuses on mindfulness practice. 11 Mindful Minutes at 11 a.m. is offered three days each week this semester.
