This event is a part of the OER Production Series. Pressbooks is an online self-publishing tool available to all post-secondary faculty and staff in B.C. and the Yukon. This webinar is a continuation of the introductory Pressbooks webinar, where we taught the basics of the platform. Here, we will explore various advanced features of Pressbooks. You will see a Pressbooks demonstration in real-time and learn complex Pressbooks topics in a hands-on way. Topics included are basic H5P, LaTeX, adding users and user roles, internal links and anchors, footnotes, the glossary tool, importing content, and custom styles.

Arianna Cheveldave (she/her) is the coordinator of Open Education for BCcampus. She has worked with Pressbooks since 2019 and has learned many useful tips and tricks along the way that she is eager to share. Arianna is passionate about empowering faculty and staff to create their own open educational resources using Pressbooks.
