OER Production Series: Find, Use, Share OER

*Note: This session has passed. Please view the resources and recordings below.

This event is a part of the OER Production Series and will provide an introduction to how to find, use, and share open educational resources (OER). Are you new to open education and not sure where to start? Are you just starting your own OER project and wondering where to find other openly licensed materials and what to do with them? This webinar will answer all these questions by providing an introduction to open education and OER, discussing copyright and Creative Commons licenses, and going over how you can find, use, and properly attribute OER.

Facilitator

Kaitlyn Zheng (she/her) is the coordinator of open textbook publishing at BCcampus, where she works in open publishing with the BCcampus Open Education team and provides support for B.C. faculty publishing OER. Through this work, Kaitlyn loves learning about copyright and exploring the possibilities of OER.
